Oman Reunion Family Album

The first Oman Family reunion since 1979 was held in Middletown, Connecticut, in July, at the home of Mark and Debbie Nisotis. The site was primo, and good times were had by all. It was the first cool day after the heat wave broke. Almost as beautiful as the job Johnny, Donna and their family did putting the whole thing together and pulling it off.

Right now I just want to get as many pictures up on the Web as I can, before I turn the photo album over to the family matriarch: my mother and John's aunt, Eleanor Oman Searls. She'll pass it around to the Crissman cousins in North Carolina (offspring of her sister Doris Oman Crissman) before it goes back to Hartford and to John's wing of the family.

I'll fill in names and other details soon.

The top picture below is the group shot from 1979, in Graham, NC. -- a full generation ago, as it turns out. Seems like yesterday. All the other shots are from July.
